Return Process

  Log into your Shop VIP Wear account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
